A study of the knowledge, skills, and values important for managing students in a school setting.  It is designed to critically analyze various behavior management models and to develop appropriate, effective skills for organizing and managing classrooms in a diverse society. Topics include age and stage appropriate behaviors, growth and development needs of early adolescents, preventive strategies, conflict resolutions, and individual and group management.
