Students will find a topic of interest in the area of agriculture business, develop a research question and hypothesis and then complete a fully scientific research paper on the results of a literature review or hands on research project. Results are presented to peers, industry professionals and staff for review and questions. Student must be of junior or senior standing and have permission from the instructor and department chair to take this course.
